SUMMARY:Bike the Drive for PCRF
DESCRIPTION:Join Team Palestine for PCRF on Memorial Day weekend Sunday\, May 29th for our 2nd Annual Bike the Drive for PCRF! This is a family friendly event\, where thousands of cyclists bike along the wonderfully scenic Lake Shore Drive and experience the beauty of Chicago. It’s a great way to benefit children in need across the Middle East\, get together with the community\, and stay fit. All ages are welcome.\n\nWe will bike 30 miles as a team\, but feel free to bike the distance and at the pace you choose.\n\nTo cycle with us:\n1. Let us know you’d like to join us to get instructions on registering\, creating a PCRF fundraising page\, and to receive a Team Palestine T-shirt!\n\nContact Amel at amel.alqadah@gmail.com\n\nThe fundraising amount for this event is:\n\nAdults: $100\n\nChildren (ages 12-18): $50\n\nIf you are unable to meet half of the fundraising goal ($50 for adults and $25 for children) by May 20th\, we kindly ask a $20 donation to receive a Team Palestine T-shirt. Contact us by May 1st to ensure availability of your T-shirt size!\n\n2. Register as an individual (without fundraising) at www.bikethedrive.org\n\nIf you would like to join us at the Post-ride festival for a pancake breakfast\, make sure to indicate you’re attending when you register!\n\nOn event day\, we’ll meet at Buckingham Fountain at 6:45am for a Team photo and begin our cycling journey at Columbus and Jackson. After the ride we’ll head to the Post-ride Festival for a pancake breakfast!
