You will be introduced to versatile spices such as harissa\, za’atar\, and rose water and learn how to prepare several dishes from appetizers to dessert\, many of which you will be able to take home and enjoy.\nMargie is an accomplished baker classically trained in the pastry arts at L’Academie Cuisine and under White House Pastry Chef\, Ann Amernick. She has worked as a baker\, instructor\, has co-authored a cookbook\, and is currently the owner of her own catering business in Bethesda\, MD and Stonington\, ME.\nLimited space so register as soon as possible!\n(Ticket are $50 and include dinner.)
