SUMMARY:US Arab Radio Celebrates 11 Years in Michigan
DESCRIPTION:US Arab Radio celebrates 11 years as the only daily radio program addressing Arab-American issues. The celebration will take place on Sept. 30 during an end of Ramadan Banquet\, Sahra with the Arab-American Community\, and it will feature first Syrian opera singer Lubana Alquntar\, world-class speaker and author Al Cole\, and a host of journalists and media personalities. Detroit radio personality and author Crystal Mayo will emcee the event.\n\n \nU.S. Arab Radio and its founder Laila Alhusiniwill present U.S. Arab Radio’s prestigious awards during the event to Dr. Sahar Khamis\, journalistAdel Mozip\, Washington Report on Middle East Affairs director Delinda Hanley\, Reach Media president and CEO Mohamad Alkhashab and journalist Mohamad Abelzaher. The event will also include prizes to the Ramadan competition winners.
