CAIR-MI 16th Annual Banquet

CAIR Michigan would like to invite you to attend the CAIR-MI 16th Annual Banquet “Strengthening our Voices, Advancing Together,” on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the Burton Manor in Livonia, MI. Networking and registration begins at 1:00 p.m. The program starts at 2:00 p.m.

The keynote speaker is Usama Canon, the founding director of the Ta’leef Collective, a nonprofit agency that assists converts to integrate into society and youth to learn about Islam in a safe space. Canon has served as an Arabic Instructor and the Outreach Director for the Zaytuna Institute. He is a Muslim Chaplain for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and a spiritual advisor for the Chicago-based social change initiative, Inner-City Muslim Action Network (IMAN).

CAIR Florida Chief Executive Director Hassan Shibly, Esq. will emcee the dinner.

2:00 p.m. Program followed by Dinner

Tickets – $50/adult, $30/student, $10/child, Reserve a table – $500
Babysitting is available for children 6 months-12 years-old.
