Let’s Celebrate Eid Al-Adha in Worth!

Get ready for an entertaining night with Comedian Abdallah Jasim, Musician Ala Yousef, Rap Artist Waheeb Nasan & Vocalist Kareem Ibrahim at Al-Nahda Center’s Eid Al Adha Celebration!

Appetizers, dessert, and refreshments will be served. All proceeds of the event will go to the ongoing events and fuctions that ANC presents to the local community of Worth and the Greater Chicago Area.

About the Entertainers:
Abdallah Jasim also known as AbidJay is an Iraqi-American who’s a chemical engineer by day and a comedian by night. He uses comedy to spread Islam and promote a positive image for Muslims. Since 2013 this 24 year-old Iraqi-American has tackled subjects like Islamophobia, alcohol, backbiting, prayer, theft and the list goes on. From the convenience of his own car he is able to crack jokes while still passing on religious messages.

Ala Yousef is a spectacular Oud Player and Singer who is seen all across the Chicagoland area singing traditional Arabic music. His passion for the arts is evident and his performance is guaranteed to wow the crowd.

Waheeb Nasan and Kareem Ibrahim are two exceptionally talented individuals who most recently came out with two covers to the songs “Hello” by Adele and “See you Again” by Wiz Khalifa. The lyrics have been altered to tell a story. A story all about their love for Palestine and the Palestinian people. These two covers went viral with their inspirational messages.
